TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The Special Installment Payment Plan (SIPP) is only applicable for purchases of RM1,000 and above.
2. There are NO limitations on the number of items purchased but must amount to a total of RM1,000 and above in a single receipt.
3. Upon full payment, Customers can choose to walk or courier (subject to courier charges). Items purchased will be reserved for the customer once 1st payment is made. No partial item collection will be entertained.
4. Installment will be divided into 4 payments with NO interest. Customers can shorten the period by paying 2 installments in one payment.
5. NO Cancellation will be entertained for the LittleWhizc.com Special Installment Payment Plan (SIPP). Customers can opt to change the items and there will be 10% re-stocking fees.
6. If customers would like to collect the items upon purchase, customers can opt for Installment Payment Plan (IPP) (Subject to Interest – 4% for a 6-month installment and 6% for a 12-month installment) or customers will have to liaise with their respective credit card issuance bank for Installment Payment Plan (IPP), or ATOME or Grabpay.
7. Customers can make the payment online or via Walk-In. For online purchases, customers will need to quote the online order ID number or the LittleWhiz.com Special Payment Plan ID.
8. For online purchases via the Special Installment Payment Plan (SIPP), customers can only opt for Direct Bank Transfer and NOT credit card. For Walk-In customers, you can opt for credit card or cash but credit card payment can only be done for Walk-In only.
9. Customers will need to sign an agreement with LittleWhiz.com on the LittleWhiz.com Installment Special Payment Plan (SIPP). (Please click HERE for the agreement). Email to us at admin(at)littlewhiz[dot]com.

Ms. Yus was attend to our recent complaint responsively regarding not receive the purchased babycar seat we have purchased from littlewhiz platform on Lazada.The assigned courier company FL*SH Setia Alam (indeed I think they are better deserved with the name of FLUSH!!! Because they will flush away your parcel, happy customers and your business), took more than 1 week and yet still unable to deliver to the delivery point with numerous of excuses and empty promises, although the distance was actually less than 1km radius.The FLUSH should be hold accountable for the whole chaos incidents.Eventually Ms.Yus come out with an action plans and able to resolve the issue effectively.Thank you for the assistance and big shout out to the staff Ms. YusWe will repeat purchase the baby goods from your shop, only to your physical store instead of purchase online.
